FAQ

If you have lost your ID, you can find it through the following steps:

 

Step 1. Click on "Find Information" in the login box located at the top right of the main screen.

 

Step 2. Enter the email address you registered during sign-up and click "Confirm".

 

Step 3. If the email is sent successfully. click on "Change Password" in the email content.

 

After logging in, you can change your password through the information update section.

If you have lost your password, you can retrieve it through the following steps:

 

Step 1. Click on "Find Information" in the login box located at the top right of the main screen.

 

Step 2. Enter the email address you registered during sign-up and click "Confirm".

 

Step 3. If the email is sent successfully, click on "Change Password" in the email content.

 

After logging in, you can change your password through the information update section.

You can change your password through the following steps:

 

Step 1. After logging in, click the "Update Information" button.

 

Step 2. Enter your current password again.

 

Step 3. Enter the new password and confirm it by entering it a second time, then click the "Update Information" button at the bottom.

You can sign up for membership on the main screen of the Xisom Forum.

 

Step 1. Click on "Sign Up" in the login box located at the top right of the Xisom Forum main screen.

 

Step 2. Carefully read the terms and conditions, and if you agree, check the box that says "I agree," then click on "Sign Up" at the bottom.

 

Step 3. Enter your detailed information and click on "Sign Up" at the bottom.

If you encounter an error message while signing up or logging into the Xisom Forum, please provide your Xisom Forum ID, name (real name), error code, or error message and send an email to the support center at sales@xisom.com.

After logging in, please change the mailing service settings on the "Update Information" page.

Even after making this change, you may still receive emails for 1-2 days. If you continue to receive emails after that, please check if you are using an email forwarding service. If so, please discontinue the forwarding service.

You can withdraw from the Xisom Forum by following these steps:

 

Step 1. After logging in on the main screen of the Xisom Forum,

    1. Click on "My Menu" and then click on "Withdraw."

    2. Alternatively, after logging in, click on the "right arrow icon" located at the bottom right of the logout button.

 

Step 2. Enter your current password again and click "Confirm."

 

Please note that when you withdraw, your member information along with service information (points, emails, etc.) will be deleted. Once you apply for withdrawal, your account will be processed for immediate deletion, and you will not be able to re-register with the same ID.

 

Yes, you can re-register immediately after withdrawing. 

However, you cannot re-register with the same ID that you used before.

 

 

Even if you have withdrawn from the Xisom Forum, if you wish to delete your posts, you can do so after verifying your identity.

 

The Xisom Forum recommends that members delete or set their posts to private before applying for withdrawal. 

However, if you did not manage to delete them before withdrawing, please provide information that verifies your identity along with the URLs of the posts 

you want to delete or indicate that you want all posts deleted. 

 

Then, contact the support center via email at sales@xisom.com, and we will take care of it.
